Across 740 m², EMC carried out thermal and waterproof insulation works on the external walls of Al Baraka Poultry Farm in Gamasa, using polyurethane spray foam with a specified thickness of 30 mm ± 5 mm, followed by two acrylic protective coats.
EMC Integrated Contracting carried out thermal and waterproof insulation works on the external walls of Al Baraka Poultry Farm in Gamasa, Dakahlia Governorate, Egypt, covering a total area of 740 m².
The project aimed to reduce heat transfer through the building walls while improving their protection against moisture and weather exposure.
The works included preparing the external wall surfaces and applying polyurethane spray foam to create a continuous insulation layer. The foam thickness was checked during application against the specified 30 mm ± 5 mm requirement.
Two coats of acrylic protective coating were then applied over the foam to help protect it against ultraviolet radiation and weather conditions, followed by final inspection and handover.
